Innovative Illumination for Enhanced Growth
Photophil Dynamix develops technology to enhance photosynthesis and optimize agricultural crops in indoor and greenhouse environments.
Our proprietary patent-pending protocol unlocks the highest-margin layer of indoor agriculture on the same energy footprint as standard installations.
The lighting system uses variable wavelengths to increase photosynthetic efficiency beyond mainstream LEDs, driving energy transfer at low but effective intensity. Plants use more light and energy without added heat. Dedicated software monitors and optimizes growth conditions in real time.

To date, we have demonstrated 87% increase in weight and in fruit sugar (BRIX) content
And in certain trials, reaching as much as a 3x increase in produce weight. The protocol also shortens growth cycles, enabling at least one additional harvest per year.
Following the completion of development and pilots in Israel, the company will penetrate the Netherlands and the USA through strategic partnerships with distributors and integrators. Sales are expected to commence in 2028, with a projected fifth-year revenue of $12M. The company is raising now, with matching funds from the Israel Innovation Authority.
Market Need
Demand for Indoor-Grown Produce is Rising on Climate Volatility and Pesticide-Free Preferences
But indoor growers haven’t had the tools to capture that opportunity profitably. Three constraints shape the economics today:

Thin Margins
Agricultural produce runs on thin margins, with few proven tools to increase yield or Brix sugar content.

Lack of Precision
High-value crops indoors require precise control of lighting, CO₂, humidity, irrigation, fertiliser, temperature, and ventilation. Most operations don’t have it.

High Operating Costs
The Solution
Three Configurations Sized to Grower Needs, from Retrofit Lighting to Full Indoor Builds.

Additional Light System
Retrofit lighting for existing greenhouses or growth rooms, customisable per crop and stage, with plant-status sensors feeding the software.

Complete Indoor Growth System
A full new-build environment that combines the lighting protocol with integrated controls for CO₂, humidity, irrigation, fertilisation, temperature, and ventilation.

Target Markets
A Staged Rollout Into the World's Fastest-Growing Strawberry Markets
The global strawberry market is projected to reach $35B by 2032, growing at 6.4% CAGR.

Israel
Photophil Dynamix’s home market with active grower pilots and established relationships across the country , including hot regions such as the Negev and Arava.

Netherlands
Europe’s fastest agtech adopter, with strawberries the most popular summer fruit across the continent.

USA
The world’s largest strawberry-producing country and the fastest-growing fresh-fruit market in North America.

United Arab Emirates
A hot-climate market with potential across the Gulf, including Saudi Arabia. Photophil Dynamix Ltd. has a clear advantage in extreme heat conditions.

Sweden
A cold-climate market with potential across Scandinavia. Photophil Dynamix Ltd. has a clear advantage in low-light and challenging growing conditions.
Return on Investment
A Path to 100% Annual Income Growth, with a 15-Month Payback Period.
Every increase in quantity and quality translates directly into a significant annual profit for the grower.
The protocol stacks two independent gains: more per cycle, and more cycles per year. Per cycle, fruit weight increases by at least 87% with rising sugar content. Shortened growth times enable one additional cycle beyond a baseline of four, a 20% annual gain on its own. Combined, grower annual income is projected to grow by approximately 100%.
Photophil offers two configurations: the Additional Light System for existing greenhouses, and the Complete Indoor Growth System with continuous monitoring and optimization. Modelled on strawberry economics, the Complete System pays back within 15 months, then generates $200K per half-acre grow room annually, totalling $1.5M over its 7.7-year lifespan.
| Standard Lighting | Photophil Dynamix |
|---|---|
| 120 kg yield per m² per year | 210 kg yield per m² per year |
| 4 cycles growing cycles per year | 5 cycles growing cycles per year |
| 617 NIS profit per m² | 2,889 NIS profit per m² |
| 15.1 yrs payback period | 4.3 yrs payback period |
* Modelled on commercial vertical-farm strawberry economics.
Business Model
Three Product Configurations, Priced Per Unit and Per Half-Acre Grow Room
| Product | Selling Price to Distributor | Selling Price to Customer | Per Room (Half an Acre) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Additional Light System for a 10-meter table × 5 floors | $55K | $71.5K | $429K |
| Complete growing conditions system including an infrared lighting system for a 10-meter table × 5 floors | $280K | $378K | $2.27M |
| Software* usage fee for continuous monitoring of plant condition and growing conditions, per year | - | $120K | - |
* CEA: Market trend indicates the adoption of advanced growing conditions monitoring systems (CEA, Controlled Environment Agriculture) that allow growers to monitor produce, correct growing conditions, and detect anomalies and failures in real time, to reduce OpEx and maximize revenue.
